When will my product arrive?

Your sweatshirt will arrive at your home between 5- 10 business days. During federal holidays, there may be a three-business-day delay.

Paintings and Prints are shipped the following Tuesday or Thursday after your purchase.  It is sent through ground shipping which takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email. Email me, if you haven't received an update.

How Long will my graphic design file be available?

Due to the size of most graphic files, we send our deliverables Via a link . It allows you to download it to any device. You will have access to that file for two weeks after your final payment.

Can I have my illustrator file?

To receive the blueprint of your logo, (Adobe Illustrator File), it costs $100 per file.

How long does it take?

During our consultation, we create a timeline that ensures a custom product that is exclusive to you. Please, review your brief and invoice.

Do you offer paint parties?

Yes, email me! If my schedule allows, I offer virtual and in-person parties; if you are local to the Stockton, CA, area!
